Currently all listed semiconductor distributors are: WPG, Wen Ye, Wei Jian, Zenitron, first, general, etc., because its agents are not the same brand and product portfolio, the competitiveness of various manufacturers make different. As the rapid development of Taiwan's electronics industry, the pace of end-product manufacturers have been gradually moving towards the world, the semiconductor component distributors will also expand the scale of operation to achieve Han global service objectives, can only in a highly competitive market sustainable . The distributor has massive bargaining power not only has a strong, comprehensive technical support and marketing channels, it is important in the transport, storage, and management of unit costs, the company more competitive. Therefore, in recent years the semiconductor industry have access through a merger or strategic alliances, the existing resources and power of attorney to be integrated to form "the bigger" trend. The other hand, semiconductor components, the high homogeneity of products, product gross margin to master the most upstream suppliers in the hands, so recently some domestic distributors actively pursue a semiconductor to create more value-added services to enhance its overall gross margin direction. Based on the above, can understand the current operation of the domestic semiconductor industry, the status of channels and features, this study is to explore through the case to understand the distributors of semiconductor components, differences in competitive strategy and its development benefits are. The study will contain: (I) Analysis of the semiconductor industry market overview and five channel power of competition, product application and future development. (B) of the case company SWOT analysis model to understand the environment in the semiconductor industry with access advantages and disadvantages, and as a basis for planning and strategy. (C) analysis of the case since the establishment of the company's competitive strategy development, summarize and refer to it in recent years, the development of domestic and international experience in the semiconductor industry, access, view the effectiveness of the implementation case of corporate strategy, and provide appropriate recommendations for reference.
