The difficulty of this process is due to the precedence constraint between applications and the communication overhead between cores. In this paper, we propose an on-line real-time task management framework for 3D NoCs to minimize the makespan of each application and minimize the communication overhead of systems, in order to meet the quality of service requirements and maximize system performance.
