But today as a regulations of the system of legislation of the era, so energy-efficient buildings and can not be empty vernacular execution, to be with the local of the energy conservation policy, while this thesis, but also towards this goal forward, the current has been set into Taiwan to promote the energy-saving construction standard chapter EEWH, its architectural design in the calculation of the minimum threshold standards, if the day after the breakdown of design, the building will be moving to a higher standard. The simulation results of three zones, the best place to construct zero-energy housing estates in Taichung, followed by Tainan, Taipei and many more low-energy housing show.
