碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 國際高階經營管理碩士在職專班(IEMBA) === 100 === With the rapid growth of Internet technology, enterprises have increasingly paid more attention to the use of information systems (IS) for the supply chain management (SCM). The IS use success is one of the critical issues that buyers and sellers have to efficiently and effectively cooperate within the SCM to produce products that match the requirement of both acceptable quality and acceptable cost. However, the impact of IS use in SCM on organization performance needs to be further examined to ensure IS success. The research thesis conducts an empirical study for the case company F to examine the effect of iSupplier portal (ISP, an SCM IS) on the organization performance. According to the analysis of 100 valid samples, the main research findings are as follows: (1) the ISP information quality does not show a significant effect both service quality and job satisfaction as most research results in literature. Details need to be further. (2) The ISP system quality shows a significant effect on both service quality and job satisfaction. (3) The ISP service quality has a significant effect on job satisfaction and organization performance. (4) The ISP job satisfaction shows a significant effect on the organization performance. Managerial implications are also addressed.
