So far, it’s widely applying image optical system, including Mobile Phone Lens, PC-CAM, Mouse Lens, Optical-touch Lens, Barcode Lens, Car Lens, and Monitor Lens. With economical factors: Len’s size, price and mass production. Lens is manufacturing by plastics. However, Lens productions are regarding the accuracy of molding development and the consistency of injection molding. With above effects, there is a little allowance for Lens. The quality of CMOS image has been upgrading, and the consumers’ high requests, so singular lens is out of the needs. The development of multi-plate P-Lens is going to be strict for its precision and the accuracy. How to improve the allowance of Lens production by optical design? The results are regarding the RD with the speed of lens development and the consistency of mass production. This article provides the improvement and research of 4P optical design system of its allowance.
