The system includes Cloud-Computing structure and weather warning system via fuzzy theory and ant algorithms. The system can provide effect of prediction before occur disaster, decrease hurts and reduce weather disaster. This thesis proposes the cloud information and computing structure in the main of the cloud-computing platform adopt and store the weather factor 24-hour, including temperature, humidity and accumulation rainfall, etc. The weather information calculates in the cloud virtual machine via the fuzzy theory. The system judges the whether in the specific location by the evaluation of the system. The ant algorithms calculate the weather classification in the particular location or area (such as the Yilan and other debris-flow warning area, etc). If the areas have any disaster, warn immediately for the system. At last, the weather information assigns the region that the system can collect data all the day and realistic simulation. The dynamic weather also can obtain immediate renewal in five minute. The system calculates the real weather factor via the fuzzy theory and ant algorithms. If the value of the computation achieves the dangerous value, the system will automatic sent the warning information for user via the cloud-computing platform.
