As school education is an important method of learning professional knowledge, some of the potential characters and capabilities of the learners itself still could not possibly been bring up by reading and listening. This study aims at exploring the relevance between students’ leadership experiences from school clubs in universities and their employability after graduation, which the result expected to be references for schools educations on clubs guidance, students self-enhance and standard of employee selection for businesses. The following research had been continually using the method of qualitative research, and the design of interview questionnaire based on the literature data. There are twenty labors and twenty managers (recruiter) had been through semi-structured interview, in order to understand both sides of the view and increases the utility for the research. At last, the results of this study conclude the following points: 1.Club leaders should have six characters included: responsible, enthusiastic, optimistic, positive, calm, and anti-pressure. 2.Club leaders could develop thirteen abilities from their leadership experiences, including: leadership, planning organizational, teamwork, communication, determination, observation, convincing, learning, creativity, stress resistance, problem-solving, self-reflection and contingency. 3.On companies recruit, there are five important characters of labors which the employers pay close attention to. Also employees which contains these characters would be more easily to get hired. Furthermore, there are nine abilities which labors get from their leadership experiences from school clubs can help them complete their work. Thus, these characters and abilities could become the employability of labors. 4.According to the research, leadership experiences which get from school clubs influence the employment of labors, which also makes their interview more successfully by self-enhance their capabilities and building them good attitude. From the manager (recruiter) point of view, 60% of managers and employers hold a positive perception of leadership experiences from school clubs, and believes that these experiences could build good attitude and abilities on workers, which makes high preference on hiring them.
