The conclusions and suggestions are made according to research results as follows: 1. The support from the government and sponsorship from local firms are major back-ups for athletes. It is suggested to make annual budgets to subsidize special-function schools on track and field for athletes with visual disability to increase the number of such athletes. 2. It is recommended to hold games for physically and mentally impaired athletes after the games for common athletes by imitating the models of the Olympic Games or Asian Game. 3. It is suggested to offer athletes employment counseling and formulate related packaged measures so they can fully invest effort sports without worries. 4. Draw up reward regulations for coaches so as to attract more talented coaches to this line of work. 5. It is recommended to make use of high-tech information as well as disability sports information around the world. introducing professional auxiliary equipment, increase technological standard and elevate international competitive edges. 6. To set up departments and graduate institutions for physically and mentally athletes, increase the academic standard for disability-related sports activities and develop professional coaches and athletes for disability-related sports. 7. It is suggested to conduct coach seminars on a large scale, hold experience camps and promote track and field with visual disability from the basic level.
