This study used a cluster sampling selected 450 subjects as the target sample. Psychological contract, administrators’ administrative support and parent-educare interaction scales are the main tools for this study. After the statistical analyses, the finding are: 1.The educare perceived higher scores in “relationship psychological contract”、”environmental support”and “qualitative interaction”aboue all the measured constructs. 2.The are higher scaros of “psychological contract” existed in the subcategories 20-25 years old, widowhood, and income level above, $45000, and graduated from the related field aboue the subjects’ demographic Variables. 3.There are higher scores of administrators’ administrative support existed in the subcategories of 20-25years old as well as above 41 year old, widowhood or divorce, income level above NT45000 and graduated from the related field from the subjects’ demographic variables. 4.There are higher scores of parent-educare interaction existed in the subcategories above 41 years old, widowhood or divorce, income level above 10 years from the subjects’ demographic variables. 5.There existed high correlations among psychological contract, administrators’ administrative support and parent-educare interaction. 6.The best predictive indicator is the “qualitative parent-educare interaction”. 7.The best predictive indicators are “instrumental support”and psychological contract to the quantitative parent-educare interaction. 8.Administrators’ administrative support cou moderate the relationship between psychological contract and parent-educare interaction. The conclusion and suggestions are enlisted after considerate discussion.
