The negative emotions bring the member’ reducing of the team’s satisfaction also caused tired of work and state of emotional exhaustion In this study, the within-group conflict, emotional exhaustion, emotional provider wisdom as a moderating variable, and verify that the scale of emotional wisdom to face the emotional exhaustion and the moderating effect of conflict within the group. The objective of this research is to discuss within-group conflict caused from emotional exhaustion and emotional quotient Also provide the effective emotional exhaustion within-group conflict. There are 180 questionnaires have been issued. Delete 14 invalid questionnaires, Recovery rate is 92.8%. The left effective 166 questionnaires have been testing analysis by SPSS. From the testing analysis find the consequence of within-group conflict relation conflict, task conflict, procedures of conflict relate to the emotional exhaustion.
