Description
Summary:碩士 === 實踐大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 100 === Communication as we recognized is a type of view exchange and also a two - way relationship of transmitting and receiving messages. This message transmission process is a basic step for managers in handling the majority of matters. Thus, effective communication is a crucial hidden factor in management that is also likely to result in frustrating communication because of failures to engage in comprehensive communication. In this study, we investigated three communication strategies: a resource strategy, a value strategy, and a cost strategy. In this paper, we discuss the influence of each strategy for communication satisfaction on the upstream, parallel , and downstream levels of communication. We distributed paper questionnaires to obtain samples. A total of 442 valid questionnaires were collected, for a valid questionnaire recovery rate of 88.4%. We used SPSS and Amos as our test hypothesis analysis tool. The research methods were reliability and validity analysis, regression analysis, Amos path analysis, and confidence intervals. The results of this study indicate that the cost strategy had the clearest mediating effect on communication satisfaction at various levels, followed by the resource strategy and, finally, the value strategy.
