With the LED technology slowdown, "management" will replace "technology" has become the key of LED industry competition, so how to establish a comprehensive manufacturing strategy is the most important issue. This study is based on UNISON framework for decision analysis and combine with analytic network process to build an analytical framework for business to make manufacturing strategy. This study chose several managers in the different LED companys to expand a interview, include 3 Taiwan companys and 12 managers, then chose one of the companys (A company) to expand survey research. The results show that the top 5 criterions in LED manufacturing strategy are material flexibility, dependability, modification flexibility, order processing and product mix flexibility. In addition this study show that using ANP method will get the different result and better than AHP method. This study add the National Quality Award construction include integration, deployment and improvement, so this analytical framework will much appropriate for business, and can be avoided the assessment error when Decision-makers make decisions. none 吳吉政 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 111 zh-TW
