Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 企業管理學系 === 100 === Despite the changing of time, personality has always been a predictor of many variables, as well as one of the tests during the employee selection section. Taiwan has been top on the list of working hours, and second on the list of experienced stress, since the individual’s work-family conflict has become severer, it’s extremely important for established firms to select employees with high stress resistance and less work-family conflict. This study adopted Big-Five personality model and questionnaire survey which has been broadly used to analyze the top 1000 firms among financial fields in Taiwan, then use SEM to discuss the relationship between the three variables. Our findings are listed below: 1. Emotional Stability, Extraversion and Conscientiousness personality has a negative influence on stress. 2. Stress could positively affect work-family conflict. 3. Only the Extraversion personality has a negative impact on work-family conflict. 4. Stress could mediate Emotional Stability, Extraversion and Conscientiousness personality and work-family conflict.
