This paper integrates views of organizational ecology and competive strategies, based on well interviews and focus on developing history of Taiwan elevatory industry and analysis how the environment, organization, strategies and tendencies all these parameters related in this issue. The main analysis points include:
1.The evalution history of Taiwan elevator insdutry.
2.The outer environmental parameter influences strategy decision of Taiwan elevator insdutry.
3.The inner organizational parameter influences strategy decision of Taiwan elevator insdutry.
4.The strategy decisions influences the whole competition tendency.
