Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 心理碩士班 === 100 === This study is applied the narrative method to discuss the theme in terms of mylife. I struggled in the complication of selfless and then attempting to find “my self” by expressing my emotion naturally and freely. The free expression of my emotion is not only a way to release my pressure but an approach to show experience the subject. At the very beginning as I felt the stagnation of my life, I noticed I tended to please others all the time and in all the situations. Even I was in the plight, I seldom speak for myself. However, as conducting the narrative, I gradually realized my dilemma and tried to understand the “self” of mine which always ingratiated others and suppressed my real feelings. Then, there was a change in my life as I started to face my self and accept my self. Besides, in the process of finding my self, I become conscious that my background in terms of my family influenced me a lot. I notice I have formed a model to interact with my family in order to survive in my family. When this model is further interpreted with the Hakka culture of my family, somewhat a particular ethnic identity of Hakka is suggested in the model. Due to this kind of complex web, that is why I am the person who I am now. With the new concept of my self, I attempted to put myself back to my osition here and now. I seemed to realize my various situations more, either at home or in the office. Moreover I can have a better understanding as well as tolerance to my family and my colleagues. I can truly feel the power of narrative in the process of empathizing and practicing. This experience is difficult to put into words, but the feeling is very real. Narrative made my life possibly be healed.
