A questionnaire survey was conducted on National Army military police officers, collecting 504 valid questionnaire. The major findings are as follows: (1) In the view of military police officers, the sense of identity of the volunteer soldiers ranks the highest level, followed by the job performance, and the work attitude ranks the third. (2) Demographic variables show significant differences across three scales. (3) A significant positive correlation among three scales.
