In the process of looking for work or employment, they face many employment restrictions. It’s let them lose the job or have low income, can’t maintain the economic life and get rid of the poverty.
This study used 166 case records by contents analysis. First depicting the situation of single mothers employment difficult factor. Followed by the use of in-depth interviewing to visit 9 single mothers. A depth study of single mothers’ employment difficult factor and the experience of using welfare services.
From social worker’s case records and single mothers’ experience sharing, this study makes the following recommendations：
First、Create policies and regulations：Flexible of employment counseling、Reformulated the positive of job wishes、“More” tailored in special circumstances family subsidy、Study out appropriate economic subsidy period and money、Appropriate to reduce the scope of the investigation of assets.
Second、Create the social welfare delivery systems：Set up a complete child care system、Rigorous check the social welfare resource.
Third、Create the Social welfare services program：Provide a single mother employment services、Provide single mother rest services and group counseling.
