Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 政治研究所 === 100 === In recent years, Mainland China has been taking active efforts to strengthen its military forces and develops the strategy of military modernization following the principle of building armed forces through quality while strengthening it with science and technology. It also emphasizes the role of psychological warfare and tries to take the means of psychological deterrence to shatter the war-making willpower and mental line of defense of soldiers in Taiwan, which is enough to pose a strong security threat to Taiwan. In January of 2012, Mainland China set up network Party organizations in social media with an effort to control the internet with the Party’s policies and guidelines so that they can manage the public opinions in events on the network. However, in the modern society information is highly transparent, conveniently and fast obtained, large in quantity and unable to be filtered. Moreover, people are changing their habits of accessing to the internet from only through the conventional computers to the means of mobile equipments, rendering the emergence of 「SoLoMo」(Social、Local、Mobile) era. The mobile networks are now omnipresent and the social media are also integrated into people’s daily life, it is obviously that the national army can not resist the negative opinions about our army spread by Mainland China and their negative effects on the morale of the army. This paper adopts the content analysis method to explore how Mainland China carries out the psychological warfare with the network tools of blog, and also conducts the check analysis by Chi-square test and the network data statistics. It hopes to verbalize the distribution of the blogs by Mainland China’s social media in the total volume monthly, explain the features of the blog contents on People’s network and Xinhua News Network, and predict the regular patterns of the mainland government’s consensus on different events by social media. Taiwan, in the face of Chinese Communist Party’s powerful threat of force and its improvement of information technologies, should not only focus on the defense capacity of effective deterrence and resolute defense, but also pay attention to the consolidation of psychological defense. As a result, the establishment of an all-around strategy of psychological warfare is the key to the maintenance of national security at present.
