At the same time, internal branch information and data will be provided by the domestic S Bank as an analytical basis, is different from the previous literature, using the data collected by the questionnaire or access method, however, the S-bank isn’t a financial holding bank belongs to small and medium-sized specialized bank, but, its asset quality, risk management, business management and profitability, show excellent performance in the first half of part of the ranking of the domestic banks. Therefore, the results of this study may serve as a reference value of the relevant non-financial holding banks in recent years in the branch business strategy. Secondly, in the selection of study variables will be the branches of the service quality score results, clients' assets to grow the amount of wealth management business, audit of internal control, as well as other control variables do branch belongs to the regional location variables and financial turmoil dummy variable variables as explanatory variables. During the study period from 2005 to 2010, a total of 59 S Bank branch number more than 270 pen sample data to study. Also, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis and other methods were used to do the validation tool. Found through the empirical obtained score results of the S Bank branch service quality and its wealth management business have a positive relationship with the branch's annual financial performance, but the audit of internal control score and the branch of financial performance show a significant inverse relationship. Finally, the S bank branch financial performance will be affected by the financial turmoil, leaving the annual earnings growth rate showing a significant decline, while the branch financial performance has nothing to do with differences in regional location of the branch.
