Enterprises must use organizational flexibility forward organizational learning. And they must pursue innovation continuity and seek the breakthrough of value creation to development and survive. During the varied environment, if they just wait for economic recovery of the world passively, not be able to flexible response actively, such as resisting the rising price. While they face a difficult business challenges, they can arouse new thinking, establish new vision, and develop new strategy. Because products have short life of cycle and competition violently, enterprises should value the speed of innovation more. They create their innovation resources and enhance advantages of their competitive by integrating the power of organizational learning, and finally they will increase their value creation and sustainable management. Therefore, the research uses this viewpoint; we try to study the influence of organizational flexibility, organizational learning, organizational innovation, value creation. We prove the hypothesis by analyses, and found that positive correlation is between organizational flexibility and organizational outstandingly. The positive correlation is between organizational flexibility and organizational learning for organizational innovation outstandingly. The positive correlation was between organizational flexibility, organizational learning and organizational innovation for value creation. The results that can help enterprises become the most competitive advantage of organizational innovation, at the same time, increasing value creation positively by using organizational flexibility and studying each other between members.
