In order to maintain good performance, industries are trying hard to increase their organizational effectiveness and improve the corporate functions. Applying the management tool to the operational process is the fastest way to increase organizational performance; however, whether it’ll be atained successfully depends on “people”, so the personnel are the key to success in industries. Possessing healthy body and mind, holding a positive working attitude, and having good interaction with colleagues will all affect the organizational members’ involvement and commitment. Therefore, this research will examine the relationship between “happiness, organizational relationship, and organization commitment” so that industries will be able to use the research result as the evaluation basis in order to get to know the conditions and cognitions of their personnel before carrying out any management tools. The results of this study indicate significant correlation among happiness, organizational relationship, and organization commitment. If enterprises would like to increase their operational performance, they should provide a suitable working environment meeting organizational members’ expectations and create a trustworthy atmosphere between the employees and the company. In this way, employees will demonstrate strong organization commitment to the company, become more involved in their works and achieving their missions successfully.
