碩士 === 世新大學 === 行政管理學研究所(含博、碩專班) === 100 === How to effectively prevent and manage crisis, is a target for the present science endeavor, and Military Hospital certainly can not stay out. The aim of the study lies in probing into crisis management of Military Hospital, through methods of literature analysis and in-depth interview, to examine the present situation of crisis management of Armed Forces General Hospital and handling process of radioactive waste water leakage case. In the study, it is found that the crisis management of Armed Forces General Hospital is established on two major strategies of risk management and crisis handling, Although three phase theory of crisis management can be adopted to conduct crisis management for the Hospital, however in practical execution, it has to be adjusted according to organization mission, so as to match with present situations. In addition, strategic management can be adopted, to construct flexible crisis handling capability. In the recovery phase, owing to the organization has to bear internal and external pressures simultaneously, consequently the promoting of recovery work presented with more urgency. Finally, 4 suggestions are put forward: To enhance personnel crisis awareness, to make good use of organizational resources to strengthen crisis sensing effect, to initiatively communicate with media and promote crisis management with holistic view, so as to provide reference for Military Hospitals to promote crisis management.
