碩士 === 世新大學 === 行政管理學研究所(含博、碩專班) === 100 === Since 2003 the National Health Bureau successively aided Tainan City, Miaoli County, Hualien County, and New Taipei City in promoting the healthy city project, concurrently establishing the Taiwan Healthy Cities Organization, assisting each participant to join the WHO West Pacific Healthy Cities Alliance. Since the beginning of this project, there has not been an evaluation on the results of this promotion. In order to understand the process and result of each city and county, there will be a mechanism created to fit the evaluation of Taiwan healthy cities’ members which focuses on respective political agreements, then evaluating the results of this mechanism to develop strategic measures to promote Taiwan healthy cities.
