It is noteworthy that the particularity of the Internet, is causing the "virtual" community with real "world," the difference in the world of the Internet, interpersonal relationships through the development of this medium, rather than what the real differences between, in fact-based Institute of motivation, and how users and others through the Internet virtual community to interact and gain trust and then build relationships, in addition, how the virtual and real-world identity conversion to explore the interpersonal relationship between the two operating mode. In this study, while taking the two methods of depth interviews and participant observation ", and" I-partment "to the well-known websites for the research field, purposive sam eight members of the different types of interviews, and analysis for the visit capacity. The results showed that "I-partment" users involved in motivation and the use of behavior and their needs Match, the majority of respondents said that invested in the virtual community to find a new companion, is different from the real life, can compensate for the shortcomings of real life friends is not easy and there is also part of the respondents said that the field in real life interpersonal in self-realization, to complete the ideal of self in the virtual community, or even find true self, to find a new model to get along with people, a new role. Interpersonal skills learning in a virtual community, but will help the creek to get along with others in the real community. In addition, the mode of the network of friends, so that the beginning of the development becomes easier, but also because of excessive imagination and landscaping, more prone to misunderstanding and misunderstanding, and thus creates an endless stream of social cases, such as passion, fraud and other events.
