| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 新聞學研究所(含碩專班) === 100 === The Next Media Animation (NMA) was first brought to the world during 2009 by a controversial way. NMA creates a whole new way to define “what is news.” It uses multi-media modes including animations, music, comics, etc., for instance, to simulate the real news story context in order to make “new news”. As a new way to make news, NMA is no doubt a controversial issue from the very beginning.
This article adopts narrative approach to analyze the multi-media “form” of NMA, at the same time, analyzing the connection between the”form”and “story” of NMA by the narrative structure approach with semiotic approach. Hereby, the narrative characteristics of NMA can manifest its uniqueness which is different from the traditionl news narration (newspaper, television news, traditional online news).
