Description
Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 經濟學研究所(含碩專班) === 100 === This study is based on the principles introduced by Tang Jong-yi and Zhang Shao-Hsiun (2001), using the overall satisfaction with the military’s new generation of financial information system after clouding as dependent variable, and the strategies, trading, and information benefits as independent variables to explore scale of the web-based information. It also attempts to specify the model referred to the framework proposed by Delone and McLean (2003) in which the qualities of information, system, and services presentred as independent variables and organizational satisfaction as dependent variable, in order to analyze the satisfaction with the system and the analytical results would eventually become the base in setting up the model. Besides, a questionnaire survey method is designed to obtain the information about the users’ satisfaction and individual characteristics, and a binary logistic model is employed to analyze and explore the main factors of significant difference in satisfaction after the clouding of the army’s new financial information system. The empirical results find that the qualities of information, system, and services and strategies, trading, and information benefits of new generation of financial information system after clouding have positive effects statistically on the satisfaction with the system. However, the significance of effects is declining with the expansion of analyzed dimensions. On the characteristics of users, age and status have significant negative effects in statistics on the satisfaction with system. This study concludes that the new financial information system after clouding is a tool that everyone, regardless their ages and levels, can use. But in the research and development of system, we should include the demands from various levels of users to enhance the operability and applicability of system that will be in line with the advantage of clouding system.
