The high-tech industry R & D personnel career direction, including turnover and job changing intention, whether turnover idea will bring the consideration of transferring to other industries or other work styles. Hope by this study to understand the difference career anchor state of the current high-tech industry R & D personnel, to explore the intentions of personal turnover and job changing. This study is conducted with questionnaire, sent total 405 and return 382, eliminated invalid questionnaires with incomplete answer or duplicate answer on the question, total of 369 valid questionnaires. The main results are summarized as follows: 1.The career anchor types of R & D personnel impacts on turnover intention: Independent type of career anchors can be a positive significant predictor for turnover intention dimension. But the other seven career anchor types had no significant effect on turnover intention. 2.The career anchor types of R & D personnel impacts on job changing intention: The management functions and services dedication type of career anchors can be positive significant predictor for job changing intention dimension. But the other six career anchor types had no significant effect on job changing intention. 3.The turnover intention of R & D personnel impacts on job changing intention: Turnover intention can be a positive significant predictor for job changing intention dimension.
