About research methods, to take both qualitative and quantitative way, mainly qualitative, quantitative, supplemented, and want to make the findings more convincing. For the qualitative and quantitative research, sample selection, all must be had purchased foreign independent travel product, tourism consumption, which depth interviews with 25 people, 92 valid questionnaires. The results showed that the main affecting factors of tour consumer purchase foreign independent travel product of the individual factors, motivation factors is "relax", perception factors "the freedom to plan their itinerary like", learning factors to "take the initiative to gather relevant information", attitude factors "like" and personality factors in order to "enjoy life". The main affecting factors of tour consumer purchase foreign independent travel product of the circumstance factors, cultural factors "text language", social class factors "consider the views of their peers" and family factors "family time". The main affecting factors of tour consumer purchase foreign independent travel product of the situation factors, physical environment factors "accommodation", social environmental factors "friends" and time factor "travel time of foreign independent travel product".
