With the development of e-learning, learning and teaching improved strongly in recent years. E-learning promises to bring up a new way for teaching, in which helps the student to learn more efficient and easier. In the HaNoi Teacher Training College, there are a little of students attend about e-learning. What are the reasons for students to accept e-learning, and how e-learning are become more critical with both of students and teachers, what are the key issues for this study?. However, each country has a different cultural in training or teaching.
