The Syudy on the Relationships among Internet entrepreneurs' Entrepreneurial Motivation, Personality Traits and Well-Being

碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 100 === This research aims at exploring the relationships among internet entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial motivation, personality traits and well-being. According to the results of the study, recommendations were made to internet entrepreneurs’ as well as recommendations for future research. Questionnaires were sent to 280 in internet shops, and 245 returned surveys were valid with an effective of 87 percent. By using the statistic include descriptive analysis, item analysis, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Findings are summed up as follow: 1. The current situation of internet entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial motivation and well-being in between middle and high level. The current situation of internet entrepreneurs’ had highest level agreeableness in the personality traits, and had lowest level neuroticism in personality traits. 2. The internet entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial motivation was significant differences on the entrepreneurial experience of family members. 3. The internet entrepreneurs’ personality traits was significant differences in background variables such as marital status, age, work experience, entrepreneurial experience of family members. 4. The internet entrepreneurs’ well-being was significant differences in background variables such as gender, marital status, age, educational of degree, entrepreneurial experience of family members. 5. There was a significant differences entrepreneur between overall entrepreneurial motivation, three dimensions of entrepreneurial motivation and well-being, but passive entrepreneurial motivation was a negative correlation. 6. There was a significant differences entrepreneur between Big-Five personality traits and overall entrepreneurial motivation, three dimensions of entrepreneurial motivation, but the entrepreneur between agreeableness and passive entrepreneurial motivation is negative correlation. 7. There was a significant differences entrepreneur between Big-Five personality traits and well-being, but the entrepreneur between neuroticism and well-being is negative correlation. 8. Conscientiousness moderated the effects of passive entrepreneurial motivation on well-being. Agreeableness moderated the effects of integration entrepreneurial motivation on well-being.
