Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 100 === This study was based on the manufactory industry employees of Tainan metropolitan city as the research sample, in order to examine whether the leisure activity participation are associated with work vigor or job stress. Those 5 variables of knowledge learning, sport and fitness, social relations, amusement and outdoor journey are contributed to the factor of leisure activity participation. Those 3 variables of body health, cognitive active movement and emotional energy are included to the factor of work vigor. Social demographics consists 6 variables of gender, marriage, age, education, job position and employee’s monthly salary, in terms of discussing the implication of being job stress. This research data were collected by a survey of written questionnaires. A total of 266 respondents were eligible. According to the survey and the analysis of SPSS statistical software, some results were found as following: (1) Knowledge learning was influenced by job stress (2) Sport and fitness was influenced by job stress (3) Social relations was influenced by job stress (4) Amusement was influenced by job stress (5) Body health was influenced by job stress (6) Cognitive active movement was influenced by job stress (7) Emotional energy was influenced by job stress (8) Age was influenced by job stress (9) Job position was influenced by job stress (10) Monthly salary was influenced by job stress
