For that, this paper will focus on the construction of foundation in blockhouse to analyze the potential dangers of worker’s working postures in the ergonomic. Based on the procedures of construction, the study items can be divided into eight groups which are release, columns tied with steels, assembly of columns and templates, steels tied with beams, assembly of templates of beams, cement grouting of the beams and ground as well as templates dismantled. All of these items will be analyzed by means of OWAS and RULA in the Excel. Furthermore, the shoots of worker’s working postures are taken in each step of construction for about ten to fifteen minutes in the spot. From which, each ten minutes of steady is extracted to obtain 480 pictures totally by means of paused moments of each ten seconds. Finally, the OWAS and RULA are used to perform code and analysis. Based on the analysis result, it shows that there exist potential dangers for worker’s working postures in the construction of foundations in blockhouse. The percent of AC3 is 12 and AC4 is 18 in OWAS analysis, on the other hand, the percent of AL3 is 31 and AL4 is 49 in RULA analysis. Due to the workers often have actions of knocks during the construction of foundations in blockhouse, the RULA analysis with better accuracy.
