Most of the researches on educational evaluation have focused on the evaluation method, system or tool, and is mostly adopted a top-down administrative management efficiency perspective to explore the effectiveness of the system of educational evaluation. "Student Ratings of Instruction” is not much explored, meanwhile, it is rare to interpret the message of the students in the student ratings of instruction from the teacher's point of view. The main purpose of this study is to investigate how the personality of teachers affects the attitude on “Student Ratings of Instruction”. In this study, “Big- Five Model” as the theoretical basis of the personality, try to explore the personality of teachers for student ratings of instruction attitude. The study found that the genders and years of teaching have significant effects on personality dimensions. There is significantly positively correlation between positive personality and the attitude on “Student Ratings of Instruction”.
