The design concept is to embed the characteristics of adaptive learning and augmented reality into learning contents with real situation to enhance the learning interest and effectiveness. The learning style proposed by Felder & Silverman is first applied to analyze the learners’ learning style of learners; the corresponding learning materials are then presented for learners according to the learners’ learning style. In experiment, 60 learners are divided into the experimental group and control group. The former learns by the adaptive AR learning system and the latter learns by the way of traditional learning trail. To assess to system, the learning achievement and a questionnaire analysis based on the technology acceptance model are conducted. The questionnaire includes adaptive learning, content quality, environment interaction, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. Findings show that the research scale is highly reliable.
