It’s not easy for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages by solo playing. In order to respond to the market rapidly, the enterprises establish partnership between companies to strengthen themselves meanwhile. Therefore this study is on the impacts that relational learning and trust have on relational knowledge, which also influences the relationship performance. Additionally, the impacts that relational learning and trust have on relational knowledge stores are also studied through the moderating effect of Top Management Team behavior complexity. This study aims at the Taiwanese manufacturers in the mainland of China, exploring the relationship among the relational learning, trust, relational knowledge stores and relationship performance between enterprises and their partners. The objects of this study are the executives from Taiwanese manufactures in mainland and their partners. The findings through 416 valid questionnaires received are as follows: (1) The more willingness enterprises and their partners have to learn relationally, the more possibilities enterprises have to build relational knowledge stores. (2) The more trust enterprises and their partners have on each other, the more possibilities enterprises have to build relational knowledge stores. (3) The stronger the relational knowledge stores that enterprises and their partners build are, the better the relationship performance will be. (4) The more complex the Top Management Team behavior of enterprises and their partners is, the comparative stronger the impacts that relational learning has on relational knowledge stores will be. (5) The more complexity the Top Management Team behavior of enterprises and their partners is, the comparative weaker the impacts that trust has on relational knowledge. Finally, this study puts forward the conclusion, practice and theoretical meaning, what’s more, gives some advice on research restrictions and future researches according to the results confirmed in this study.
