The goals that most schools’ teaching and achievements are how to council students to obtain licenses. There are many researches trying to improve the teaching practice, including a set of effective teaching methods or Team Teaching with teachers from industries.This study highlights the technical courses, if the teacher is standing in examination standards, point of view of experts to score the technical achievements of students, due to learning by the teacher, such teaching students self-confidence will result in lower consumer goods as a means by consumer tests the recognition and acceptance of results, the results may not be worse or better, will also enhance self-efficacy. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the positive encouragements are helpful in improving the learning effectiveness of baking courses. The study of consumer tests is based on manipulation of consumers are generally accepted as a means to inform students, students mistakenly thought it was affirmed by the consumer. Experimental designers divided the learners into experimental and control groups by purposive sampling, whose manufacture products sensory evaluation, the experimental group were S & P by consumers accepted the manipulation of data, analysis of its self-efficacy before and after measurement differences, and finally through the actual verification test according to rate of learning. The results of self-efficacy: Before the experiment subjects were self-efficacy has reached 3.57 points appear quite self-confidence, and the subjects may have little catering work experience related to, but not significantly, but such manipulation of their intrinsic in particular the technical or chemical changes in the confidence, the last of the test according to the experimental group and control group to enhance the 15% rate in the control group of 137 people involved, the actual total of 87 test, adopted this experimental manipulation to enhance their confidence in the theoretical through 106, and drop up to 19 people; through multiple regression, see also the subjects of their own experience with the experimental manipulation to enhance confidence in the effectiveness of learning is very important. The most important factors in students’ learning achievements is learning attitude. The way of teachers’ teaching is the most important factor in learning satisfaction.
