This study chose survey method. The research tool was “The questionnaire of elementary school teachers’ work values and teacher professional development evaluation”. The study samples were teachers of elementary schools by stratified random sampling. The effective samples are 493 in total. According to the result of the questionnaires, the following conclusions were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way variance of analysis, and Person’s product-moment correlation method. Conclusions are as follows: 1. Elementary school teachers put great emphasis on work values, which are better than the average, especially in “Interpersonal values”. 2. Elementary school teachers have good professional development of professional development evaluation at all levels, which is better than the average, especially in “professionalism and attitude”. 3. Female teachers, teachers in big schools or with bachelor degrees put emphasis on work values higher than others. 4. Female teachers, directors, teachers in big schools, schools and teachers participating in teacher professional development evaluation, and more participation in teacher professional development evaluation have better professional development than others. 5.There was a significant positive correlation between work values and teachers’ professional development of professional development evaluation at all levels. Based on the results of this study, some suggestions were made, as a reference to our educational administrative organizations, elementary schools, teachers of elementary schools and future researchers for further studies. 李坤崇 101 學位論文 ; thesis 198 zh-TW |
