碩士 === 慈濟大學 === 宗教與人文研究所 === 100 === Traditionally people who participate in family constellations healing can feel different family representative roles move as revealing how their relationships are in the real world. The movement called system dynamics which show the family members’ complicated relationships. When I was in the family constellations healing, however, not only the relationships I realized, but a tremendous trembles surged spontaneously from my body. It seems irrational if use the meaning of family members relationships to explain the phenomenon. Based on my experience, at first I would like to describe the appearances of body. Then in chapter two, I deal with the topic--I encounter “he”, my intimacy, and I am “he”. “He” is embodied of my inner. In chapter three, there are different kinds of body senses need to characterized such as baby-like crying, animal-like invasion, child-like represssion, youth-like burst, leaving people-like disconnection. All of these point out the body bear huge power more than the meaning of family members relationships. In the chapter four, I put the family constellations healing in my real life and discuss the relationships between my parents and I as well as the body experience. In the meantime, a little girl appears. This inner child makes the life flow reversed again. By talking to my inner child, I re-experience the little girl inner process and become aware of the relationship between my primitive family and my parents. This paper argues that compare to traditional family constellations always take role-play from outsiders as a healing method, the body experience as a key to open the individual inner world can complement the deficiency of correlated studies.
