The quality of housing is relevant to the quality of living and also influences people’s quality of life. Through the simple lines in the space, the special selected material shows the high quality of the space and the atmosphere. The most unforgettable and never out of fashion scene of living was found in the simplicity. The ultimate goal of space design is to have detail design for the storage to provide a space with easy storage and without extra work to clean as if having an invisible housekeeper. The connection of exterior and interior space can achieve an ultimate spirit of the fine space. Not only the interior furnishing but also the natural lighting from the outdoor, magnificent windows view with incredible scenery and splendid outdoor landscape can create the maximum enjoyment of life so the combination of exterior and interior space should be paid more attention. How to satisfy the greatest quality of occupants’ life? Nowadays, people cannot stop looking for ideas from other’s style which was built up according to the landlords’ personalities. This kind of simple living surroundings are the most thought-provoking living space. In this case, the occupant constructs the specific style of this housing by the area of the living surroundings, the arrangement of the layout such as the material, furniture, and set-up of the software. The value of the space can be increased more, can be more diverse, more active, and more sufficient through the union of design through the penetration, layers, elongation, resistance, continuity, contrast, proportion.
