Two main purposes in this study are: first, to understand the characteristics of bullies and their original families; second, to explore the attitude of school on the school bullying. This study takes violence cycle theory as the research framework and social learning theory as the analytical perspective. The data was collected by in depth interview. And nine junior high school staffs and one student are interviewees. The results show that the parenting of original families and the attitudes of school staffs had great influences on the bullying behaviors. For junior high school students, these behaviors were closely relative with students’ self-estimate and school achievement.
