Reliable and stable RFID services depend on the soundness and wisdom of RFID middlewareso to provide accurate and real-time functionality.Therefore, this study is to implementan integrated RFID technology which is applicable for trip visits Audit Management System used by the CentralVocational Training Center to improve the use of traditional paper to fill out the documents and information which cannot betransmitted immediately; and process the results through the clouds so that the managers can understand in real time.RFID features are used to compensate for theproblem of information transmission;and with the identification Course ID, numberof classes taught, teacher ID, and visiting staff ID, and teacher names, identification information can be written into a back-end database, which can understand statisticallystudentsattendance and confirm the status, teachers and the teaching assistants.The head of the office in real timevia the cloud combined with business trip visitsauditing and management system to completely monitor the status of students, teaching faculty and teaching assistants. Attendance statistics of non-attendance time and notice will be sent by the system with the relevant provisions.By thebusiness trip visits audit management system, it can not only effectively improve the tradition time and cost ofnaming to achieve the quality of school, but also immediately send audit data to the hands of managers Key words： RFID, Cloud
