Summary: | 碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士在職專班 === 100 === The purpose of this study is to explore the architect and builder of a local government in its jurisdiction for contractors in the construction management business and moral conduct and efficiency of the service satisfaction. Based on the conclusions and suggestions, we hope to provide the authorities with the reference of the future policy. The information data search in this study is quantitative research-based and qualitative research supplemented by telephone survey, data analysis using descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, cross-analysis and the value of the chi-square test. The major findings are as follows: contractor staff is informed by all practice; the service attitude of satisfaction is more than the efficiency of high satisfaction; if any bribes happen, they are willing to take the initiative to report; it can accelerate the audit speed of cases and increase the undertaker to speed up business process efficiency.
