Indeed, the contemporary society, people survive longer, have been far better than the ancient. However, psychologically, for the fear of death, for the nostalgia of life far beyond the former. Therefore, how to resolve people's psychological haze of death, to overcome the fear of hearts? It is only through rational understanding, and face up to. The Zhuangzi its macro-sight to the world to tell their views on the life and death, expect the world not to narrow, and only reimbursing greed or fear of death, should be able to transcend life and death, and wander freely between life and death. By Zhuangzi's philosophical thinking, the body recognized the life of this true, and thus comprehend the transcendence of death, that is, the author studies the philosophy of Zhuangzi conception of death, the purpose of this paper.
