By making products, offering service and changing business models with creation to attract more customers, which have become the primary goal of the enterprise. However, the concept of innovation should not only be imagined, it must takes practical actions to achieve those concepts step by step. This proposed dissertation builds an innovative process information system which convert innovative process to charts and analysis and this process is divided by five steps: definition、analysis、development、design、implementation. In the definition step, it using radical innovation、Exploration and identification of new business opportunities、Squared anticipation future innovation opportunities to accomplish the target of future commercial potential. By applying the first step to the fifth of the beforehand predictive mechanism, the steps of analysis、development、designation starts competition extending , which defines the main issue of innovative concept. The individual user and the enterprise organization who want to introduce an innovative and handy five-step working stream, offering informization, chart and auxiliary illustration. Therefore, the users can easily undergo innovative management and gain a comprehensive understanding of the extending problem. Emerging the innovational commercial potential into the beforehand predictive mechanism competition extending. Expanding matrix and estimating the importance, can automatically calculate the important sequence of each step. It can speed up controlling the product for the R&D team or service research and the main issue. Meanwhile, it can reduce the time of researching and developing, or enhance the competition of product or service releasing to the market.
