Along with the notebook and Tablet PC market requirements; computer portability, thin and light seems a trend in the future,The initial planning of the cooling system for notebook has become an important thing can not be ignored; this thesis has using the synergy of QFDI-QFDII, DFMEA, and TRIZ innovation methodology, from products planning, quality property, design review,and failure modes, hope find out the root cause and get the right direction for cooling system designed in the future. By using case study and root cause analysis, we can easily find the negative effect between components. That means many conflicts and contradictions occurrence. In addition, the most recommendable TRIZ innovative principles we have found in this reaserch are「# 3 Local quality」,「 # 35 Parameters and properties change (change object of physical state) 」,「 # 40 composite materials (multiple) 」. can meet with product development team to prevent errors occur again; My conclusion of this thesis, we hope can provide the engineering who in the development of cooling system even they have any problems with the cooling system, can find out a right direction for fundamental data base estimation, to shorten their product development time and increase competitiv to avoid unnecessary waste.
