Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 光電工程系研究所 === 100 === This thesis research is to investigate the feasibility of suppressing the current surge signal occurred in 2T1C AMOLED pixel circuitry by applying analog filter circuitry in terms of computer simulation. The current waveform of the active-matrix OLED load in previous study disclosed an inevitable surge signal distributed in higher frequency zone after analyzed by using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). The effectiveness of applying various analog filter in pixel circuitry is quantitatively analyzed by using the RMS values calculated from various waveforms. Our simulation results reveal that the RMS values of the voltage, current, real power, and reactive power decrease in 25%, 16%, 55%, and 37% respectively after applying RLC analog filter in pixel circuitry. The RMS values of the voltage, current, real power, and reactive power decrease in 2%, 1.5%, 30%, and 2.5% respectively after applying LC analog filter in pixel circuitry.
