| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 材料科學與工程研究所 === 100 === This study is about the research and development of intarsia yarn carrier for flat knitting. Its purpose is to design a swing switch mechanism of yarn guider pole, which is suitable for computerized flat knitting machine. This research collected, classified, and analyzed all patents about the yarn carrier for intarsia. A design direction was found from patent analysis. A slider four-bar kinematic chain matching the design conditions was obtained from mechanism synthesis. CAD software pro/engineer was used to construct computer model and to verify interference conditions, tolerance analysis, and dynamic simulation. Finally, a prototype was built to verify its functions and practicability.
