If vehicle can become more comfortable and energy efficient, it will be a good news for human being. This study utilizes new designed air flow management and refitted air outlet and inlet to control the air flow structure. By doing this, car cabin could separate into two independent temperature parts, so that the passenger could control the temperature according to one’s individual needs. Therefore, car cabin could reduce unnecessary energy consumption to achieve the technology of human intelligence. Through the numerical analysis of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), these complicated physical fluctuating phenomena can be simulated and analyzed systematically. To get the best parameter for the regional airflow form, the process utilizes Taguchi approach analyzing four prominent parameters (velocity of inlet, angle of inlet, vacuum pressure of outlet and the distance between the outlet and the inlet). In addition, by using the optimization parameters, a simulated car is built with experiment platform of air-conditioning. Through the test model with sensor of temperature and infrared thermography, this test can get the temperature of the driver in the stimulated car. Next, the simulated car devises a smoker which can visualize the airflow of the experimental platform to display the prominent parameter of the airflow. Lastly, the independent airflow structure is established, and this study of the airflow regional intelligence of the car cabin is achieved.
