Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 100 === Polytetramethylene oxide(PTMO) and 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanide(MDI) with different molar ratios were used to synthesizing prepolymers. These products were chain-extended by N-BOC-serinol and 1,4-butanediol(BD) to form the modified polyurethane(PU). After the de-protection of BOC group of serinol, modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) containing COCl groups were added to form chemically bonded composite (MWNTs/PU). The chemical structures of intermediates and final products were confirmed by the FTIR and NMR methods. Decomposition temperature(5%wt loss) of MWNTs/PU was slightly higher than that of PU. Glass transition temperature and breaking tensile extension of MWNTs/PU were decreased upon increasing carbon nanotube loadings in composites. Young’s modulus and surface electric resistivity were reduced by increasing carbon nanotubes content in MWNTs/PU. Blood compatibility were tested with the whole blood clotting test and the blood coagulation methods. The results showed that the anticoagulation ability of MWNTs/PU was better than those of PU and the modified PU’s.
