Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 經營管理系碩士班 === 100 === As the standards of quality of life is increasingly improved, Taiwan become to an aging society, and the demand for health care services than ever before to increase, so regardless of what type of medical units have the introduction of high-cost and high performance medical equipment and technology to enhance the standards of medical care which have the ability to meet the demand of modern society.
How to balance the quality of care and reduce health care costs is medical units’ common problem. In a large part of the medical institution’s operating cost structure, the personnel costs of spending accounted for the largest proportion, especially nursing personnel costs.
Multi-goal programming has been widely applied in many fields, includes human resource management, in this study, explore the nurse scheduling problem for the whole year round service, and according to the nurses scheduling constraints, use multi-goal programming method to establish a mathematical model to figure out the best nurse allocation and the lowest the cost of manpower.
